Business Development Professional

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for HSE training and consultancy services.
  • Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and market visits.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand training/compliance requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with trainers/consultants for service delivery planning.
  • Support tender participation and business expansion activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years B2B sales/business development experience (training/consultancy preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
