Business Development Professional

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast growth
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations

Requirements

  • 5 years+ Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry in sales is a mandatory
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
  • Self motivated and able to jump into a start-up environment
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans based on market analysis and customer insights
  • Familiarity with project management principles to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to support lead generation efforts
  • Ability to come into the office 1-2 days per week(Buffalo Grove, IL)
