Key Responsibilities: Driving New Business

  • Proactive Outreach: Strategically initiate contact through high-volume outbound calls and targeted emails to prospective international clients and key decision-makers.
  • Insight & Qualification: Conduct focused conversations to deeply understand client business needs, pain points, and purchase timelines to effectively qualify leads.
  • Pipeline Building: Successfully schedule quality meetings, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for our specialized Sales Team.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all lead interactions, notes, and progress within our CRM system.
  • Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously refine messaging, target audience strategies, and overall lead generation efforts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay sharp by monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, customer outreach, or appointment setting is required.
  • Communication Power: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
  • Night Owl Ready: Comfortable and fully committed to working the Night Shift schedule.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with a positive and proactive mindset.
