Role Purpose

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) whose sole responsibility is to create daily qualified business conversations with decision-makers and convert them into Sales-Qualified Meetings (SQLs).

This role is not sales closing, not marketing, and not a support role.
It is a pure outbound B2B role measured only on qualified conversations and meetings booked.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)1️ Outbound Business Conversations

  • Initiate outbound B2B conversations via:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cold calling
  • Cold email & WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Target decision-makers:
  • Business Owners / Founders
  • Directors
  • HR Managers
  • Procurement / Operations Heads
  • Target sectors:
  • Business Setup & PRO Services
  • Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering
  • Government & Semi-Government vendors
  • Industrial & Marine sectors

Qualification (Non-Negotiable)

You must qualify prospects based on:

  • Decision-making authority
  • Active or upcoming requirement (≤ 90 days)
  • Relevance to our services
  • Budget awareness or approval process clarity
  • UAE presence or UAE entry plans

Unqualified conversations must be disqualified fast.

Meeting Booking (SQL Creation)

  • Book qualified meetings for:
  • Sales Managers
  • Founders / Directors
  • Ensure:
  • Correct decision-maker attends
  • Clear agenda and requirement captured
  • No fake, exploratory, or irrelevant meetings.

CRM & Reporting Discipline

  • Update all activity in CRM (Zoho or similar)
  • Log:
  • Conversations
  • Qualification status
  • Follow-up actions
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports

Performance KPIs (Measured Daily)

  • Daily outbound conversations
  • Qualified conversations (SQLs)
  • Meetings booked per week
  • Conversion ratio (conversation → meeting)
  • CRM accuracy & discipline

This role is 100% performance-driven. Effort without results will not continue.Required

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years experience in B2B outbound / inside sales / SDR / BDR
  • Proven experience booking qualified B2B meetings
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Decision-maker conversations
  • Business pain discovery
  • Qualification frameworks
  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Confidence in cold outreach
  • Comfortable with targets, numbers, and accountability
  • Self-driven and disciplined (remote-friendly)

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • UAE market exposure
  • Experience with:
  • Business setup / PRO services
  • EPC / Industrial / Government clients
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Arabic is a plus
