Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Goal-Oriented Business Development Officer with a proven record, specially in the IT Services industry. The Candidate must have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a critical role in our growth journey by driving outbound pipeline generation and identifying high‑potential opportunities across our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Execution: Execute targeted outreach campaigns (cold calling, emails, Linked In) to engage potential clients across priority markets.
  • Goal Setting: Define clear, measurable goals for the sales team and create action plans to achieve them.
  • Achieve given targets: Achieve the given sales targets on time using various platforms.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term business growth and satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and achievements for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional service

Ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, lead generation, or inside sales roles; experience in the Dubai/GCC region is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, and proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), Linked In Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
