Business Development Executive (IT)

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of bidding on Upwork and generating leads through LinkedIn. If you have excellent communication skills and know how to close deals in the international market, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibility:

Upwork Bidding: Daily bidding on Upwork projects with customized, high-quality proposals.

Lead Generation: Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator or organic search to identify and connect with potential clients.

Client Communication: Handling initial client communication and requirement gathering

Documentation: Maintaining a pipeline of leads and reporting daily/weekly progress.

Collaboration: Working closely with the technical team to understand project scopes before bidding.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of professional experience in Business Development (specifically within the IT/Software industry).

Platform Expertise: Proven experience winning jobs on Upwork and networking on LinkedIn.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate pricing and project timelines.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

Basic technical knowledge (understanding of web/app development terminologies, tech stacks, etc.) to better understand client requirements.

Experience with other freelance platforms (Fiverr, etc) is a bonus.
