Business Development Representative

Overview

We are hiring a Commercial Fitness Equipment Sales Representative to drive B2B sales, business development, and account management across a multi-state territory. Based in Eugene, OR, this role focuses on selling commercial gym equipment, fitness facility solutions, and wellness products to businesses and organizations.

Ideal candidates have experience in outside sales, territory sales, or consultative B2B sales and are comfortable building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / Outside Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities across Oregon, Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii
  • Prospect via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow a regional sales territory and pipeline

Consultative Sales

  • Meet with clients to assess needs for fitness equipment, gym design, and facility upgrades
  • Recommend customized commercial fitness solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales

Account Management

  • Build long-term relationships with gyms, multifamily housing, corporate wellness programs, hospitality, and schools
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle

Sales Tracking & CRM

  • Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Report on pipeline and performance metrics

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, outside sales, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Office

Preferred:

  • Experience in fitness equipment sales, commercial equipment, or B2B sales
  • Background working with fitness facilities, health clubs, or wellness facilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay: $4,000–$6,000 per month

Schedule

  • Full-time (40–45 hours per week)
  • Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Work Location

  • Based in Eugene, OR
  • Territory includes Oregon, Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
