Business Development Representative

As we expand our project portfolio, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us build new relationships and grow our presence in the UAE and beyond.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to identify and pursue new opportunities within the asset management sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building a qualified pipeline, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting through to project kick-off. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building relationships and has a strong interest in infrastructure, real estate, or investment projects in the Middle East.

Duties

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the asset management, real estate, infrastructure, and financial services sectors across the UAE and GCC.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Qualify leads and understand client needs to position our asset management services effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Track all sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on progress toward targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in the regional asset management space.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and lead generation campaigns.

Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, ideally within asset management, real estate, financial services, or professional services.
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles, infrastructure projects, or the UAE real estate market is considered a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Must have a valid UAE PASS for digital identity verification and onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time
