We are a specialized M&A advisory firm helping professionals acquire profitable small-cap companies that are off-market. We are currently expanding our operations in Turkey and seeking ambitious, high-potential talent to join our remote team.
This is not a traditional sales role. You are an introducer for high-value transaction process. Your mandate is to engage prospective acquirers and guide them through the M&A lifecycle. This is a rare gateway for young professionals and high-caliber students to break into the world of Mergers & Acquisitions without a traditional finance background.
The Role
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth video/phone calls with pre-qualified leads. No cold calling is required.
- Financial Evaluation: Assess the prospect’s financial capacity, acquisition goals, and suitability for our program.
- Closing: Articulate the value of our proprietary acquisition framework and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
- Market Expansion: Represent our firm as we expand our footprint, maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
Who We Are Looking For
- Fluency is the baseline; we require persuasion. You must be able to command a conversation, handle complex objections, and negotiate in English at a native or near-native level.
- We value drive over diplomas. We are looking for the relentless energy found in top-tier university students or young professionals who are eager to prove themselves.
- While prior knowledge of finance concepts (DCF, WACC, LBO) is a plus, it is not mandatory.
- You must operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a performance-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped Potential: This is a 100% commission-based role.
- Commission: 20% per closed deal ($4,000 USD per sale).
- Realistic OTE: Average performers earn $4,000 – $8,000 USD per month after the initial ramp-up (one to three months) period.
