Business Development Representative

Dryworx Water Damage Restoration is a fast-growing, locally owned company specializing in water damage restoration, reconstruction, and emergency services. We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our brand, build referral relationships, and drive new business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, realtors, insurance agents, and property managers
  • Generate new business through outside sales and social media engagement
  • Follow up on inbound leads and attend local networking events
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-starter, confident with independence and ownership
  • Comfortable using social media for business growth
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation & Perks:

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $110,000
  • Base salary + bonuses, with uncapped earning potential
