We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in fueling our growth trajectory. The primary focus of this role is to proactively generate new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and build a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, skilled in outreach and qualification, and intrinsically motivated to exceed established targets.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients within designated markets.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including targeted cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and professional LinkedIn engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support strategic business growth objectives.

Opportunity Qualification & Engagement:

  • Engage with prospects to thoroughly assess business needs, budgetary considerations, and decision-making authority.
  • Articulate our value proposition effectively to generate interest and advance sales conversations.
  • Professionally address and overcome prospect objections to qualify alignment with our solutions.

Sales Pipeline Development:

  • Schedule and coordinate high-quality introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for the Account Executive team.
  • Ensure a seamless and informed handoff of qualified opportunities, providing comprehensive context to support the subsequent sales cycle.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Meticulously maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., call volume, emails sent, meetings booked) to evaluate performance and refine outreach strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine messaging, optimize campaign strategies, and enhance lead-generation tactics.
  • Provide actionable market and competitor intelligence to inform product positioning and strategic differentiation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in outbound prospecting methods, including cold calling and email outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong capabilities in active listening and professional presentation.
  • Proven self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales enablement tools.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
