Business Development Representative - sales ( Bangalore)

Ruddo is an Ed Tech company formed by a group of individuals with a vision of transforming the way of learning and bringing the bridge between the traditional learning method and Industrial Standards.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting potential customers in choosing the right course offering and making a purchase.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide potential customers in selecting the appropriate learning course.
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.
  • Communicate with leads via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve Targets on every sales cycle.
  • Generate Leads

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Graduated from a recognized university between 2018-2023.
