Job Title: Business Development Sales

Job Summary:
He would be responsible for new client acquisition and resourceful Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build key customer relationships, and close business deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategic thinking, and relationship management, with the ability to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by generating leads and sales networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress in CRM tools.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients or partners.
Report on performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
MBA
2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Proven track record in developing new business and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
