Business Development & Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM ( Monday to Friday)

About the Role

NKR Freight Ltd (UK) is looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our Karachi back-office team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting our international freight forwarding operations.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the freight forwarding and logistics industry and is comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for shipment execution
• Understand client logistics requirements and offer suitable freight solutions
• Maintain sales pipeline records and track progress against targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
• Understanding of air freight, sea freight, and international shipping processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 100,000 (based on experience)
• Commission structure based on achieving sales targets
