Business Development & Sales Executive (FMCG / Beverages)

Position: Business Development & Sales Executive (FMCG / Beverages)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales leads for imported beverages across wholesale, retail, and HORECA channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and industry contacts.
  • Drive distribution strategies to expand product availability and visibility.
  • Support pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximize sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Provide feedback on market opportunities and assist in shaping overall business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably beverages, distribution, or sales.
  • Strong industry network and knowledge of Pakistan’s FMCG/distribution landscape.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and grow new business.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and in a startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Rs100.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
