Who is our ideal candidate for the role?

Vesta Care is actively recruiting for the role of Business Development / Sales Manager (Facilities & Services) for its Dubai Operations.

The ideal candidate is with a strong track record in B2B sales, particularly within sectors such as facilities management, manpower services, equipment supply, or operational services.

The role reports directly into the Commercial Leaders of our business divisions and verticals.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally with exposure to facility services, workforce solutions, or capital goods
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an analytical mindset
  • Experience in complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder environments
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling into sectors such as education, hospitality, healthcare, or government

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across key sectors (education, hospitality, commercial real estate, etc.)
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sector institutions
  • Manage and grow a high-value client portfolio through a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service proposals and contracts
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting procurement and sales strategy
