Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and motivated Business Development & Sourcing Associate to join our team on a six-month temporary basis, with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment based on performance and business needs. This role will be responsible for sourcing and pricing raw materials for our pharmaceutical and dietary supplement manufacturing operations, as well as supporting business development and sales activities.

A science background is preferred but not required — we are most interested in individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source raw materials, excipients, and packaging components for R&D and manufacturing projects.
• Request and compile quotes from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable timelines.
• Support the business development team by preparing quotes, proposals, and related client documents.
• Maintain organized records of suppliers, pricing, and lead times.
• Collaborate with formulation, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (science or related field preferred, but not required).
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfort learning new software tools.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries.
