Job Summary

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy. This role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
