Business Development Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and nurturing potential leads to support our sales pipeline and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Conduct cold calling to establish initial contact and qualify prospects.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, and cold calling.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
