Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development skills with hands-on accounting experience, enabling them to effectively promote our VAT, Tax, and Accounting services to clients in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities focused on VAT, accounting, and tax services
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth
• Understand and clearly communicate accounting and VAT services to potential clients
• Stay up-to-date on UAE VAT regulations and compliance practices
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs
• Lead client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA is a plus)
• 2-3 years of UAE experience in an accounting or consultancy firm in a business development or client-facing role
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and accounting practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the Dubai business landscape is preferred
