Business Development Specialist

Sudace is a marketing communications and PR agency specializing in communication strategies, Public Relations, integrated marketing communications, campaigns, and innovative initiatives.

Sudace is looking for a Business Development Specialist for the following needs:

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Identifying and developing new lines & products of business based on consumer behavior and new audiences.
• Lead acquisition based on leads & sales targets.
• Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share & benchmark analysis.
• Sector analysis to create marketing & consulting solutions that will increase the market share.
• Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
• Work and improve the business development process from leads to signing the contracts.
• Liaising with Creative, Marketing, and Management to align with strategy implementation.
• Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Create, update, and work on company materials such as company profiles, success stories, etc. Improve proposals & presentations along with clients.
• Apply the leads acquisitions strategy from company data, networking, events, promotion, etc to reach new clients.
• Analysis & monitoring of the negotiation strategy development and execution.
• Risk Management, analysis & Controls through reviewing company budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L, and project analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
