On behalf of our client, a leading company in the business incubation and coworking spaces sector, Rgheeb is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing strategic proposals, and engaging with potential clients to effectively present the company's offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Completing contracts with corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target clients to expand the company's network and influence.
  • Achieve annual business development targets through consistent and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Organize and coordinate client meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Support the planning and execution of on-site events that enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on performance, progress, and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Development Specialist or in a marketing agency is required.
  • Strong understanding of business development and sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
