Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist - Land & Developer Market.

You will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strategic relationships with developers and investors, and identifying high-value land opportunities across Dubai.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Generating qualified leads within the developer and investor ecosystem
• Conducting structured market research on emerging land clusters
• Identifying infrastructure-driven growth zones
• Preparing institutional-grade sales presentations and land briefs
• Building long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and private offices
• Understanding client mandates (plot size, FAR, use type, yield strategy)
• Coordinating with internal teams for data analysis and transaction structuring

This role is not traditional brokerage - it requires strategic thinking, market awareness, and structured business development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service mindset with long-term relationship focus
• Ability to work independently and within a performance-driven team
• Knowledge of Dubai's land and developer market is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with developers or land transactions in Dubai
• Understanding of zoning, plot utilization, FAR/GFA concepts
• Existing developer or investor network is a strong advantage
• Confident in presenting high-value land opportunities
