Business Development Specialist (Dammam, Ahsa, Qatif)

We'relooking for sellers by nature Business Development Specialistsin Damam, Qaif & Ahsa to join our amazing team.
You will play a key role in expanding our partner network by signing and onboarding best restaurants. You will act as a trusted advisor to food business owners, helping them unlock new revenue streams and marketing opportunities through Koinz innovative solutions.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with qualified leads and prospects provided by the lead generation team.

  • Proactively follow up with prospects and close deals with a high level of professionalism and ownership.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Koinz in all partner interactions.

  • Prepare tailored proposals and offers, and lead contract negotiations through to successful closure.

  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators, clearly demonstrating the value of partnering with Koinz.

  • Communicate Koinz's value proposition effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits).

  • Own and manage your full sales pipeline-from first contact to signed agreement.

  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in startups is highly preferred.

  • Background in the POS industry or marketing agencies is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. (Specially: Qatif, Ahsa and Dammam)
