Business Development Specialist ( Medical Billing)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our presence in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical billing/RCM sector
  • Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development within a medical billing company
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and sales growth
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
