We are expanding our B2C division and are looking for energetic, driven, and client-focused Business Development Specialists to join our Blue Area office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement structured sales strategies, focusing on lead generation and outreach.
• Generate leads through social media platforms and engage both local and overseas clients.
• Conduct client meetings and deal closings (in-person or via Zoom).
• Manage client follow-ups and ensure smooth deal closures.
• Maintain updated property inventories, assessment documents, and client databases.
• Coordinate with the B2B team for inventory transfers, allotment letters, and assessments.
• Attend daily sales meetings and submit daily performance reports.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong passion for sales and achieving monthly targets
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Confidence in dealing with both local and overseas clients
Prior real estate or telesales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
