Business Development Specialist/Executive

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target
    new outbound business opportunities through field visits, events, cold calls,
    and referrals.
  • Attend networking
    events, conferences, and business gatherings to represent Proven professionally
    and confidently.
  • Setup and conduct
    client meetings to understand requirements and propose the right Proven
    solutions (EOR, outsourcing, recruitment services).
  • Manage and maintain a
    healthy sales pipeline in CRM with accurate updates and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the
    internal BD team to coordinate proposals and follow the full sales cycle
    through closing.
  • Understand Saudi
    market dynamics and stay updated on trends in outsourcing, HR, and recruitment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly activity targets.
  • Complete and maintain the vendor registration process for
    new clients.
  • Prepare the responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI's.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
  • 1-4 years of experience in business development or field sales (HR services
    experience is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Good
    command of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong Arabic communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and articulate.
  • Thick-skinned, persistent, and hungry for results. Rejection doesn't slow you down.
  • Comfortable attending events, walking into offices, making cold introductions.
