Business Excellence Expert

Job Role:

• Manage B2B transformation programs and initiatives. Analysis of B2B processes and execute the required changes to optimize. Working closely with the products, scales, and business operations to generate reports and dashboards to demonstrate the achieved enhancement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the formulation and execution of the sector strategy and related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy in coordination with the Corporate Strategy sector.
• Lead and manage transformation programs, including B2B and technology-related initiatives, to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
• Analyze B2B processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate sector and IT-related performance indicators to ensure progress toward strategic goals and timely execution within defined budgets.
• Foster collaboration with product, sales, technology, and operations teams to ensure effective adoption of tools and alignment of processes with strategic priorities.
• Prepare and circulate periodic reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) covering key performance metrics, trends, and forecasts.
• Organize and lead strategic review meetings with business leaders and C-level executives and maintain continuous coordination with the Corporate Strategy sector.
• Support the development and implementation of quality and excellence programs and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental policies and processes.
• Maintain a centralized repository of sector insights, research reports, and emerging technology trends to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in defining, piloting, and implementing digital solutions across different industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
• Certifications in project management or IT governance are a plus.
