As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties. A bike is required for this role to facilitate property visits and client meetings. We are looking for a dedicated and honest individual who is willing to work hard and has a passion for real estate sales. Previous sales experience in the real estate industry is preferable.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.

Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

Conduct property viewings and provide information to clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduation

Previous sales experience in the real estate industry is preferable.

Must have a valid bike license and own a bike for transportation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Honest, reliable, and dedicated to achieving targets.

Salary and Commission:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
