We are looking for highly motivated Business Growth Officer for USA (Night Shift) to join our team in Lake City, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
• Generate and qualify B2B & B2C sales leads through strategic communication.
• Present and promote our products effectively to decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and handle objections professionally.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Essential Requirements:
• Gender: Male
• 2 years of Business Development Experience in international market.
• Fixed Night Shifts (8:00 pm – 05:00 am), Monday to Friday.
• Fluent in English
• Outbound Calls & telesales leads handling and management
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Good Eye for Detail
• Very good speaking skills in a NON formal, (conversational way)

Location: Lake City, Lahore

Job Type: Full - time (On sight) NIGHT SHIFT

Salary: Rs.70,000/- to Rs.80,000/- per month plus commission
