Job Summary

We are looking for an in-house Growth Specialist to contribute to our business expansion and brand growth efforts. This role involves supporting client pitches, managing internal media presence, driving website and SEO initiatives, developing proposals, and closely working with the Business Development team to support overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and supporting new client pitches through research and presentations
• Manage and grow the company’s internal media channels, including content planning and execution
• Support website growth through updates, optimization, and SEO activities
• Prepare proposals, including defining scope of work and assisting with pricing structures
• Coordinate with the Business Development team on lead follow-ups and opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of leads and ongoing opportunities within the CRM
• Monitor performance and suggest ideas to enhance growth strategies

Requirements

• Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or business development support roles
• Basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and website optimization
• Experience in proposal development and scope definition
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
• Good communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
