Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, email, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns
  • Track KPIs and report on growth performance
  • Improve conversion rates across funnels

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development or growth role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare/IT industry (plus point)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
  • Understanding of SEO, ads, and content strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
