Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, email, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns
- Track KPIs and report on growth performance
- Improve conversion rates across funnels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in business development or growth role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare/IT industry (plus point)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
- Understanding of SEO, ads, and content strategy
