As Business Improvement  Controller, you will Identify, develop, implement and review of business process improvements across the assigned business area to achieve the strategic and operational objectives through effective delivery of Key Performance  Indicators (KPI's) and various efficiency projects as required.
 In this role you will responsible for:
  -  Develop and deliver the industry best practices to enhance the operational effectiveness. Review, design, implement and maintain the strategic and productivity improvements such as resource and equipment planning, financial analysis and long-term planning. Act as a catalyst for sharing and implementation of best practices across the assigned business area. 
-  Develop the business improvement program through planning, coordinating and monitoring of initiatives  within the business. Co-ordinate training workshops to impart business process improvement techniques to stakeholders.  
-  Develop an understanding of the business process for the various functional areas in the business.  Provide direction and support to the teams created within the business units to deliver business improvement initiatives and ensure that these are structured under the Project Portfolio Program.  
-  Provide conceptual inputs on trends in Automation and Information Technology to enable the project  teams to adopt state of art and cost effective automation solutions. Develop and support various systems  within the business, in conjunction with functional line teams. 
-  Ensure continuous improvements in the level of the customer satisfaction for the business by carrying out  qualitative research by benchmarking best practice prevalent in other similar sized ground handling  organizations. Provide innovation solutions by researching best practices for various business functions
-  Work with the management in setting up systems to evaluate business unit performance against KPIs. Work with operational units across the business to identify areas of weak performance and support line  managers in the design of performance improvement plans. Leverage the learnings from areas of high performance to suit other operating sections within the business. br> 
-  Support the management in liaising with various departments for the corporate initiatives and in sharing  learnings, maintaining networks, and exchanging information regarding the cost saving strategies being  deployed within the business.  
-  Review and revise the business processes, to clearly reflect any new working methods. Influence and  interact with process owners, department heads and corporate functions for effective implementation of  redesigned processes and make recommendations for long and/or short term benefits. 
-  Conduct audits every three to six months to ensure that the identified changes have been effectively  implemented. Ensure benefits from every improvement program are fully maximized and that all business  improvement objectives are achieved in relation to financial and qualitative deliverables. 
-  Stay abreast of new developments in business process improvement methodology and best practices in  the ground handling industry, including learning from other market leaders in the industry.
