About the Role

You will support reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives, ensuring accurate, reliable, and insightful data delivery to help our operational teams make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain automated reporting workflows
• Build & manage BI dashboards & performance reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency & quality
• Automate manual reporting processes
• Collaborate with teams to understand insight needs

Required Skills

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools
• Understanding of APIs, JSON & data integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Scripting is a plus)
• Awareness of AI-driven tools in BI & automation

Nice to Have

• Experience in CX or Operations environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Interest in modern automation & AI-powered tools
