Business Intelligence Developer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Tableau. The role focuses on data modeling, reporting, analytics, and transforming raw data into actionable insights while ensuring data quality, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and administer BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data models, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Define and implement Data Warehousing strategies by analyzing existing data models and source systems.
• Develop and manage ETL / data migration processes to transform data from OLTP systems to OLAP environments.
• Manage and synchronize data changes from transactional systems into analytical layers.
• Build and optimize semantic models to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with Database Developers, Data Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to support enterprise databases and BI platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality management across all BI solutions.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet business and leadership requirements.
• Implement data security controls, including role-based access and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Participate in BI-related IT projects involving new implementations or major enhancements.
• Maintain BI documentation, data dictionaries, and report specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor as required by business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience as a BI Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with OLTP and OLAP systems.
• Knowledge of ETL tools, data pipelines, and data integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
