Business Intelligence Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies to support strategic and operational decision-making.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
• Develop and customize Power Apps applications to improve workflow automation and operational efficiency
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation processes
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures
• Develop and manage data models to ensure performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Integrate data from various internal and external sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions
• Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Copilot features)
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training and support
• Ensure data governance, security, and best practices are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and Power Apps)
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and relational databases
• Experience with data visualization best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation features
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
