We are seeking a technically strong and product-minded Data Scientist to join our CX Analytics team supporting the VoxMiner practice at Concentrix.

This role goes beyond traditional analytics. You will design, build, and productionize scalable data science solutions, combining machine learning, NLP, automation, software engineering and business intelligence best practices to power the delivery of insight focused solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable Python-based data applications and services.
Develop and maintain web scrapers and API integrations.
Build and maintain automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
Package models into deployable solutions (APIs, scheduled jobs, etc).
Build predictive models (churn risk, conversion drivers, sentiment shifts, operational performance).
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Run and optimize Brandwatch queries to extract structured social listening data.
Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
Design and develop Microsoft Power Suite automations.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in Data Science or Software Engineering
Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, NLP libraries).
Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based architectures and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Experience with Azure Databricks.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in fast-paced environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
