Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Intelligence Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across financial, operational, and strategic functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading BI teams, building and optimizing dashboards, automating reporting systems, and consulting global clients across diverse industries. The role demands a hands-on leader with strong Power BI expertise, data modeling, and analytical skills who can translate raw data into actionable insights that improve business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of financial, operational, and strategic dashboards that support executive decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a BI team, overseeing report creation, data governance, and performance optimization across multiple business units.
• Develop and automate PNL, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking reports to enhance financial planning accuracy and visibility.
• Integrate business applications (e.g., ClickUp, ERP, CRM) with Power BI using APIs to achieve seamless and automated reporting.
• Conduct advanced data modeling, ETL development, and KPI analysis to support long-term strategic planning.
• Lead and execute migration projects from SSRS to Power BI, improving performance and user experience.
• Deliver impactful insights through data storytelling and visualization best practices, ensuring data is actionable and understandable for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track metrics for ROI, operational efficiency, and business performance improvement.
• Conduct data literacy and BI training sessions to empower business users with self-service analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across platforms while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and performance reporting.
• Proven experience leading BI initiatives across financial, operational, and strategic domains.
• Strong command of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling, Visualization, and Report Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Python, and Microsoft Azure / Fabric environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques — A/B testing, sales & stock analysis, root-cause analysis, payroll and SCM analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience training and mentoring data teams.
• Demonstrated success in working with international clients across healthcare, retail, and services industries.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial dashboards, operational analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, SharePoint).
• Proven ability to lead data-driven initiatives that directly impact revenue and efficiency.

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 per month
