Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate organization’s strategies into actionable plans/tactics & ensure their implementation through cross-functional coordination.
• Design & develop advanced data analytic/business solutions to track performance, streamline business operations/projects workflow, promoting inter-departmental alignment, eliminating wasted resources & enhancing overall efficiency.
• Analyze complex/large sets of data from different sources, establish & enforce data governance frameworks to maintain the integrity, consistency & reliability of shared data.
• Create/develop comprehensive reports & dashboards to provide real-time visibility of business performance, projects progress & major KPIs for all field force levels to maximize operational efficiency & drive informed, result-oriented field execution.
• Conduct data-driven audits/analysis to identify field/market dynamics or irregularities, ensure compliance & maintain operational standards.
• Strengthen field force data literacy through targeted training and awareness initiatives to enhance business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 3 years in data analysis field or any related role.
• Proven experience in people management & cross-function projects.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, business metrics & sales analysis.
• Master's degree in Data Science is a plus.
