Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize performance
Identify new market opportunities and expand KILONEWTONS presence in the UAE
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
Ensure operational efficiency by streamlining processes and improving productivity
Report to senior management with data-driven insights and recommendations

10+ years of experience in business management, leadership, or a related field
Proven success in scaling businesses and driving profitability
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis)
Expertise in CRM & ERP software (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
