Greener Grass Rentals is a locally owned and operated short-term rental company based right here in Richmond, KY. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional stays and seamless guest experiences. We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Business Office Manager to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day heartbeat of our growing portfolio.

The Role

This isn't just "desk work"—it’s a dynamic role that sits at the intersection of hospitality and operations. You will be responsible for keeping our digital storefronts running smoothly and ensuring our financial records are accurate.

Work Schedule: This is an in-person position in Richmond, with the flexibility for remote work when tasks allow.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Monitor and manage bookings across Airbnb, VRBO, and our WordPress website.
• Financial Support: Assist with bookkeeping and daily financial tracking through online accounting software.
• Guest Relations: Act as a point of contact for guests; providing helpful communication and solving problems on the fly to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Office Operations: Handle general administrative tasks including reporting, emailing, and maintaining organized digital files.

What We’re Looking For

We need a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

Required Skills:

• Tech Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable using an iPad for various tasks.
• Communication: Exceptional "people skills" and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced situations.
• Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who catches the small things before they become big problems.
• Basic Digital Literacy: Strong typing skills and a high comfort level with web-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
