They’ve built the first end-to-end AI recruiting marketplace , combining human recruiters with AI agents to help companies hire faster and more accurately.

Already trusted by companies like xAI, Palantir, and Shopify, the business 8×’d revenue last year and has raised $65M from top-tier investors and iconic founders .

Now, they’re hiring their first dedicated analytics hire for the revenue-generating team.

What You’ll Do

Phase 1: Delivery Analytics

• Build dashboards tracking performance, funnel health, and delivery metrics
• Run ad hoc analysis for leadership — what’s working, what’s not, and why
• Identify patterns across roles, recruiter supply, and marketplace dynamics
• Arm client-facing teams with insights that drive outcomes

Phase 2: Marketplace BizOps

• Analyze marketplace performance (conversion, liquidity, cohort behavior)
• Define and evolve core business metrics
• Improve data models, instrumentation, and reporting
• Help run operating cadence (weekly reviews, tracking, accountability)
• Design scalable processes across Sales, Product, and Ops

What They’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience across consulting (MBB) (or top tier investment banking) + hands-on analytics at a startup/marketplace
• Strong SQL + Excel/Sheets skills
• Experience building dashboards used for real operational decisions
• Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in your workflow
• Sharp problem solver: from ambiguity → structure → insight
• High agency, low ego, thrives in fast-moving environments
