Business Operations Coordinator (Q&N Flavors Sales & Marketing)

This role requires strong organizational & interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and facilitating client meetings including venue booking, sample arrangement, product displays, and tasting sessions.

Managing client samples through logistics, from collection and delivery to tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch.

Providing end-to-end support for new product development (NPD) by coordinating feedback, sharing updates with QC, and maintaining documentation.

Tracking production status and order specifications, with regular reporting to ISM and CEO.

Conducting cold calls to gather client feedback and delivering product presentations when required.

Maintaining updated records of ISM clients, GS1 barcoding data, and shipment progress.

Preparing monthly reports including BTL sales summaries and attendance sheets for sales/marketing teams.

Assisting in marketing collaborations with designers and media partners.

Ensuring prompt resolution of urgent requests, including weekend and after-hours delivery of samples or documents.

Flexible to handle emergency tasks, including Sunday operations, to meet dynamic business needs.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing
  • A diploma or short course in Sales, Marketing, or Operations Management can be an added advantage.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing support, or business coordination.

Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality, or consumer goods is preferred.
