Job Title: Business / MIS Coordinator
Job Overview:
The Business / MIS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Business affairs and overseeing the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of data to support the management and strategic decision-making of the organization. This role involves coordinating and assisting various departments, handling communications, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).

2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Coordination, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Administrative/Project Support roles.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights for management decision-making.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage key business projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are achieved.

Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables while tracking project milestones.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Organize team meetings, monitor progress, and share updates with stakeholders.

Support onboarding and training of new employees for smooth team integration.

Track business expenses, process invoices, and maintain financial records.

Coordinate procurement of supplies, equipment, and services for operations.

Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

Assist with contract management, meeting scheduling, and project progress updates.

Prepare and submit project status reports and maintain process documentation.

Generate regular and ad-hoc management reports (sales, financial summaries, performance metrics).

Analyze data trends and provide insights, dashboards, and reports to support management decision-making.
