Experience: 0-1 year of experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Make sure complaints are resolve within TAT
- Strong coordination with field operations/support team over email/phone to keep apprising client about the complaint status
- Sharing daily/weekly reports to client
- Client-facing experience
- Evaluate alternatives, and recommend or adopt effective courses of action to improve KPIs of clients which depends on IPL services.
Required Skills:
- Tendency to work under pressure and resolve issues within given time lines .
- Microsoft Excel (expert)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
