Business Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Operations Executive to support senior leadership in cross-functional execution, coordination, and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for a highly reliable, proactive, and adaptable professional who can work across departments, manage priorities, and ensure smooth execution of management directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to execute strategic and operational initiatives
• Coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Tech, Product) to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and business updates for leadership
• Assist in process improvement, documentation, and operational planning
• Support meetings, internal reviews, and cross-team coordination
• Handle ad-hoc and urgent assignments as required by management
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in business operations, management executive, or coordination roles
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Profile

• Experience working in a tech, SaaS, startup, or IT services environment
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
• High ownership, flexibility, and willingness to wear multiple hats
• Lahore-based candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
