Job Title: Business Operations Executive - B2B

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Timings: Rotational Shifts (5 days a week)

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Summary:

This role manages property and maintenance jobs end-to-end by coordinating between clients, freelance workers, and site managers. It involves understanding client needs, sharing cost estimates and timelines, assigning and monitoring workers, ensuring timely job completion, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication. The role also includes cost negotiation, record-keeping, reporting, and delivering high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their property and maintenance service needs.
  • Provide job details, cost estimates, and timelines to clients.
  • Maintain excellent client service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assign tasks to freelance workers based on job requirements and availability.
  • Ensure workers complete jobs efficiently and within the agreed timelines.
  • Monitor job progress and address any issues or delays in real-time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with freelance workers to ensure a reliable workforce.
  • Negotiate fair job costs with workers to maintain profitability.
  • Coordinate with site managers to gain access to job locations.
  • Collect all necessary information about the site, such as specific job requirements, restrictions, or site rules.
  • Maintain detailed records of jobs, including client details, job status, and worker payments.
  • Prepare regular reports on completed jobs, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, workers, and site managers.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on job progress and ensure transparency.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Key account management, client and business operations (preferably in service industries).
  • Strong record of working in Service KPI/target-based roles with measurable achievements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and apply product/service knowledge.
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office/Google Suite, and digital communication tools.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
