We are hiring CA Freshers, CA/CS Aspirants, and candidates with experience in Operations.
The Operations Executive plays a vital role in managing the complete sales order cycle—from initial customer inquiry and quotation preparation to final delivery and vendor coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively link sales, customer service, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling

  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Handle inquiries, provide timely updates, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and share accurate quotations as per client requirements, ensuring all pricing, terms, and conditions are clearly mentioned.
  • Order Processing: Oversee the full sales order lifecycle including order entry, confirmation, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to delivery timelines.

2. Operations & Logistics Management

  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, sourcing, and scheduling to ensure timely availability of materials/services.
  • Logistics Handling: Manage all shipment logistics—coordinate with transporters, organize dispatch schedules, track shipments, and ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Inventory/Stock Management (Optional): Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent delays (include if applicable).

3. Documentation & Administrative Tasks

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain essential sales, operations, and shipment documentation.
  • Software Proficiency: Use MS Excel for data entry, sales reports, cost sheets, and inventory tracking.
  • Professional Correspondence: Use MS Word for drafting emails, letters, contracts, and internal communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with customers and vendors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage operational complexities efficiently.
  • Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,141.71 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Operations management: 1 year (Required)

Language:

Willingness to travel:
