Business Execution Specialist

General Role

Responsible for driving the execution of business strategies and operational plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives.

· Monitor execution progress and report on performance metrics.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

· Support change management and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Experience

· Minimum 15+ years of experience in business operations or strategy execution, including at least 3 years in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.

· Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.

· Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
