We are looking for a
Business Partnerships Manager
at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management within fintech, technology, digital platforms, or related industries

Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex partnership deals

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and quantify partnership opportunities
-
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to manage multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously and deliver against targets
-
Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and metrics to evaluate partnership performance
-
High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
-
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company at C-level externally
Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships across a wide range of industries to create new revenue streams, enhance product offerings, and drive mutual growth

Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management

Develop and execute a strategic partnership growth roadmap aligned with HangiKredi’s long-term business objectives and diversification goals

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless partner integration and mutual value creation

Monitor partnership performance through data analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement

Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contractual agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams

Represent HangiKredi at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the strategic partnership network

Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership on partnership pipeline, revenue contribution, and market trends

Stay current on fintech industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify emerging partnership opportunities
